Reaching out to the world

Hello there! Welcome to my blog and thank you for coming. The last 8 months I feel that I have navigated a minefield of life ‘bombs’ and, frankly I am tired of feeling sad, and I am ready to find joy in this chaos. We all have different experiences, and hopefully your life is experiencing fewer ‘bombs’, but one thing I am learning is that we all have challenges. When we join together despite the size of the challenge we can help each other survive and that is why I am here.

That being said, I am no expert. I am not a counselor, therapist, lifestyle coach or any of the above. I am shuffling through life, not very efficiently, but trying to do better. So here’s to a brighter future, new goals and adventures. Thanks for coming along!
